Great news! The Ministry of Lands has approved the numbering of the plots, and the next step is the production and signing of survey diagrams. This progress will allow plot owners to initiate the conveyance process through their lawyers.

Additionally, the construction of the entrance gate is underway, with pillars currently being mounted. Please exercise caution when visiting the plots. In terms of development updates, the inner roads are being graded and will be tarred soon. Stay tuned for more exciting news!
